Leaving This Ghost Town

A shadow in my mind,
clenching my soul,
so it could be me,
it desperately wanted to see me,
it tried to talk but instead it stalked,
the shadow in time left some roots
now everybody is getting on their boots they are getting their loot they are leaving today,
now your stuck in this town a ghost that goes all around,
